Frequently Asked Questions


  • We use the highest quality balloon available made in the U.S. and Canada. All of the balloons we use are made from 100% natural latex — not plastic. Latex balloons are biodegradable, and decompose as fast as an oak leaf in your backyard. Latex balloons come from rubber trees... A tree can produce latex for up to 40 years, and tapping trees for the material doesn’t harm them. Latex harvesting discourages deforestation because latex-producing trees are left intact.

    Balloon Party cannot guarantee the lifespan of your balloons after they are picked up/delivered. All balloon sales are final sale. Balloons are, by nature, temporary items: Although Balloon Party uses only the finest quality balloons, some balloons will occasionally deflate sooner than expected and will also be adversely affected by wind, rain, rough handling, sunlight and other uncontrollable factors.

  • Consult

    Start by filling on our online design form with the details of your inquiry. Once you have filled out the online form, a member of our design team will reach out to you with an estimate

    Design

    Once your estimate has been completed and accepted, a member of the design team will work with you to create your design. A finalized design will be sent and deposit due to start the project.

    Deliver

    Once the design and deposit has been accepted, we get to work! 48 hours before your pickup or delivery, a final invoice will be sent. Once the final payment is received, we show up, install, and do what we do best!

  • As early as possible! We recommend contacting us at least four weeks out from your event date. Rush fees may apply to orders placed less than four weeks in advance.


  • Yes. Balloon Party has an order minimum of $300 for delivery and installation orders.


  • Yes! Please contact us to see if we can transform your vision into reality.

  • The time it takes to install our balloons varies and is based on the scale of the design. For most small installs, we recommend installing 1.5 hours prior to your event start.

  • Yes! We charge an additional fee called a strike fee to remove your balloons. The pricing of our strike fee is listed on our services tab. If you choose not to book us for removal, it is the responsibility of the client to remove.

  • Yes! We deliver. Delivery is priced $8 per mile with a $35 minimum.

  • No, we do not ship.


  • Should you need to cancel your order, you must submit your cancellation in writing (email is permitted) a full (3) business days before the day of your install. If you do not adhere to this cancellation policy, the full invoice amount will be due the day of your planned install.

    All deposits are final. Should you need to cancel your order, you will not be refunded your deposit.

  • In the event that the weather becomes an issue for your event, client’s may have a “raincheck” if they contact Balloon Party 36 hours prior to their install. Should a client not have an alternative weather plan on file and does not contact Balloon Party 36 hours prior, full payment for the project will be due.

  • No, we do not have a retail location at this time.

  • No, we do not currently have a pick-up option available. Balloon Party offers delivery on all orders.
